Having pioneered the recognition of Turkey’s power in the world in the packaging sector, SARTEN celebrated its 45 years of experience and quality at Pera Palas, one of the most historic and fascinating venues of Istanbul on the evening of May 22nd.
First introduced to the Turkish Industry by Sarıbekir Family, in 1972 in Çorlu, today SARTEN has a labor force of 3 thousand persons, 17 factories in the country and abroad, 70 countries and the Company is the biggest packaging producer of Turkey as well as nearby geography and the third biggest in Europe.
Speaking at the ceremony, Sarten CEO Zeki Sarıbekir said that they would not compromise on their motto of “the best quality, fastest, most economical and environmentally friendly packaging company” and emphasized that the company’s 45 years of success lies behind its customer and people-oriented and hard work.
Zeki Sarıbekir noted that after 45 years, the company’s new goal is to become the biggest packaging producer in Europe, with a 1 billion dollar turnover.
At this special night, in which the packaging industry and the prominent names of the Turkish Business World did not leave the SARTEN family alone, the participants enjoyed the unique touch of the concert by the world-renowned Distinguished State Artist, Pianist Ms Gülsin Onay and Violinist Mr Erkin Onay.
Within the 45th anniversary activities, SARTEN will also organize special Family festivals for employees and their families, iftar and dinners for customers and suppliers.
